| COORDINATOR +2 Hot, Mystic +1, 6 points to spend on other stats (they start at -2)
You get to flesh out your foothold in the Ascension War. By default you’re directly affiliated with no more than hundred of sleepers and thousands of them may be inspired by your ideas.
Material Outlook Choose one: Financial corporation, entertainment industry, research facility, night club, slum hive, religious institution, sports club, art gallery, media, fashion longue, public community
Philosophical Outlook Choose three or four: Inspiring, monumental, ascetic, mystical, helpful, dangerous, wild, eccentric, honorable, quiet, peaceful, dreadful, traditional, spirited, occult, wacky, serious, brutal, simple, sophisticated, delicate, strong, innovative, intellectual, mathematical, passionate, cryptic, fanatical, nihilist
Surplus: 1-hold, growth Want: decline
Growth means you get to describe how some sleepers are embracing your outlook or how some place changes with the spread of your paradigm. Decline means MC gets to describe the opposite.
Choose two: • You are a real celebrity. Your inspiration spreads among millions of people. Add surplus: +1 hold and want: your photos in Enquirer • Some unrelated sleepers are helping your cause. Add surplus: +1 hold and want: unhelpful initiative • Your establishment has its own security, a 2-harm 0-armor medium gang. • Should situation get dire, you can count on Horizon’s help. • Among your staff there’re some acolytes knowing the real purpose of your struggle. Their rituals provide you with surplus: 1-quintessence
Choose two: • You’re seriously understaffed. No more than dozen of people work under you. Surplus: -1 hold • Your foothold is small and insignificant. Mere hundreds of inspired sleepers. Surplus: -1 hold • You’ve got serious problems not only with your rivals, but also with sleepers’ law. Add want: prosecution. • You’ve been infiltrated and your message is not as pure as it was intended to be. Add want: subversion
You get this one: Influence: during downtime roll +hot. On a 10+, you get your Surplus. On a 7-9, you get your surplus, but choose one want. On a miss you’re in want. You may spend your hold as follows: • 1 for 1, a sleeper is ready to radically shift their allegiance • 2 for 1, a sleeper is willing to risk his live for you • 3 for 1, a group of sleepers is ready to radically shift their allegiance • 4 for 1, massive demonstration of disobedience, riots • 5 for 1, worldwide mystickal insurrection, awakening of a single sleeper
You must wait to get some of these: Perfect crime: name somebody who might conceivably have something to do with your establishment. If it’s an NPC, roll+hot; a PC, roll+Hx. On a 10+ they suffer 4-harm (ap) sometime during the next 24 hours. On a 7-9, it’s 2-harm (ap). On a miss, some several people of the MC’s choice, maybe including your guy maybe not, all suffer 3-harm (ap).
Six handshakes: put out the word that you want a thing - could be a person, could be somethin somethin, could even be just a thing - and roll+hot. On a 10+, it shows up in your establishment for you, like magic. On a 7-9, well, your people make an effort and everybody wants to please you and close is close, right? On a miss, it shows up in your establishment for you with strings wicked attached.
Shepherd: whenever you’re fulfilling wishes of your people, roll +hot instead of +mystic for going magick.
HX On your turn, choose 1 or both: • One of them has been with you for days on the front. Tell that player Hx+2. • One of them once got you out of some serious shit. Tell that player Hx+2. Tell everyone else Hx+1. Everybody knows a bit about who you are and where you’ve been. On the others’ turns: • You aren’t naturally inclined to get too close to too many awakened. Whatever number they tell you, give it -1 and write it next to their character’s name.
Advancement • a new Coordinator move • a new Coordinator move • a new move from another character playbook • +1 cool (max 2) • +1 hard (max 2) • +1 hot (max 3) • +1 sharp (max 2) • a new option for your foothold. • erase an option from your foothold • a new sphere of magick • a new sphere of magick _____________________________ • +1 mystic • +1 to any stat other than mystic (max +3) • a supernatural Consor • change your character to a new type • retire your character to safety • expand four basic moves • expand four basic moves • a capstone ability for one of your spheres

. Jeżeli to ma być banda ochroniarzy i to spora (medium gang) to zdecydowanie nie 3-harm. 2-harm 0-armor medium wydaje mi się zupełnie wystarczająca. Jeżeli z kolei grupa komandosów do zadań specjalnych, to 3-harm 1-armor small, disciplined wydaje mi się bardziej odpowiednia. | |

| Ochroniarze - ok. Przypomniałeś mi o tagach, niech dostaną na starcie jakiś tag od MC (żeby było ciekawiej, nie żeby było trudniej). Można by też ewentualnie dać wybór między paroma rozpiskami gangów, ale chyba nie ma takiej potrzeby.
WMI znaczy mniej więcej to, że dzięki robocie postaci i jej fumfli świat *zaczyna* zmieniać się tak, jak sobie to zaplanowała. Uruchomiła woodstock i teraz bandy hipisów na całym świecie zaczynają zakładać komuny, ćpać i gadać z duchami przodków. Wymyśliła cyberpunk i dała ludziom gogle, a oni teraz będą musieli coś z nimi zrobić. Szczegóły powinny ładnie wynikać z tego, jak opisywało się efekty growth, które doprowadziły nas zebrania tego 5-hold. O czymś takim myślałem. Teraz pytanie, dlaczego wydawać hold, a nie po prostu dalej liczyć na growth i opisywać, jak kawałek po kawałku zmieniamy świat. Widzę to tak, że wydając ten hold przekładamy inicjatywę w łapy samych śpiących. Wcześniej unia mogła rozpędzić nasz mały establishment na cztery wiatry i koniec zagrożenia; teraz robi się na to za późno. Wrzuciłbym też regułkę, żeby nie decydować przy stole o ostatecznym sukcesie uruchomionego WMI, może poza tym, że świat *jakoś* się zmieni.
Jeszcze przy wyjaśnieniu growth - pisząc 'some sleepers' miałem na myśli 'some random dudes', nie 'wybierz sobie jakichkolwiek NPCów'. | |
